The CUBE is just 100 meters from the main university campus and consists of 23 purpose-built, self-contained studio apartments. Each studio features a double bed with storage, an en-suite bathroom, a sofa in most rooms, a wardrobe, a chair, and a study desk, along with plenty of well-placed double power points. The modern kitchen is equipped with a microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, and stainless steel hob. Water and internet are included in the price, and each studio has its own dedicated internet connection. The CUBE also offers an on-site launderette. Floor plans are available for each room, and photographs show typical room views. All studios are similar, and a viewing of your preferred option is recommended.

The landlord/letting agent prefers to rent the property as a whole, typically under a joint tenancy agreement. However, individual tenancy agreements may also be available. For single occupants, an individual tenancy agreement will apply.
